Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

Return and Refund Policy

At 309 Artistry, we create original and custom artwork. Because many products are handmade or personalized, some sales are final.

1. Physical Artwork Returns

Eligible physical artwork and prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition;

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number;

  • Photos of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may receive:

  • A replacement;

  • Store credit;

  • A partial or full refund.

3. Custom Commissions

Custom artwork and commissions are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Deposits for commissions may be non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving drafts or previews before final delivery.

4. Digital Products

All digital artwork, downloadable files, and digital commissions are final sale.

Refunds are not provided after delivery unless files are defective or inaccessible.
